  • Legacy provides a nationally accredited apprenticeship program that is approved thru the United States Department of Labor. We provide three programs which include a Tower Technician I, Tower Lead and a Tower Foreman program. Each program lasts one year and Legacy Wireless pays for all of your certifications and safety equipment

  • Legacy Wireless owns a 20,000sf office and warehouse in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon with an on site training tower where we offer in house and third party classes. Our Sacramento and Phoenix field offices also have ~8,000sf office and warehouse facilities where we train our employees on-site or locally with approved training facilities.

Hiring from outside is such a norm in our industry that many faithful employees in our industry get overlooked, but we look inward first and prioritize promoting from within! We consider our Technicians a Lead in training and our Leads a Foreman in training! Having this culture helps us lead our region in finding the best talent!

  • Legacy is proud to pay for and provide full all required certifications and the tools required to complete your work! We pay for your OSHA10, RF Awareness, Authorized Climber and CPR. We provide these classes thru third party and in house instructors. Safety is something that Legacy takes seriously with a safety manager responsible for every field office, and we aspire to always follow all client safety processes and procedures.

  • Here in Legacy, we know that our company is only as good as the employees we have. We pay for your Healthcare, Dental and Vision benefits. We provide sick time, Personal Time Off (PTO), we match a 401k that you can contribute to, we offer supplemental insurances you can subscribe to, and we give our employees a bonus at Christmas time to show our appreciation if company results allow for it.
